Eukanuba and Iams Supply Issues
Due to the temporary closure of manufacturing facilities at Eukanuba and Iams in the USA there will be severe stock shortages over the next few months of these product ranges. The manufacturers have not been able to provide an exact timeline for when supply levels will be back to normal as yet but it's unlikely to be earlier than February 2011. During the factory closures the manufacturers, P&G, will be upgrading equipment and processes and they apologise for any inconvenience caused during this time.
At the time of writing, October 19th, stock is still available so we urge customers to think ahead and buy in advance as there's no doubt that in the next few weeks stocks will run out. Some Custom Care products are already out of stock at our wholesalers.

New Eukanuba Packaging
The Eukanuba factory closure in the USA has coincided with a major new packaging image change. The vast majority of the product names have stayed the same as has the formula - it's only the graphic image on the packs that have changed.
